toblerone chocolate cheesecake –

toblerone chocolate cheesecake (三角朱古力)
Ingredients :
1 cup plain chocolate biscuit crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
500g cream cheese, softened at room temperature
3 teaspoons gelatine dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water
3/4 cup caster sugar
100g Toblerone swiss ( milk or dark) chocolate, melted
1/2 cup cream

1. mix biscuit crumbs with melted butter and press into base of a 20cm springform pan, chill
2. beat the cream cheese with an electric beater until soft, mix in gelatine mixture,caster sugar, melted chocolate and cream, blend until smooth.
3. pour onto crumb base and chill in refrigerator (2-3hrs or overnight)
4. Garnish with chocolate shavings and strawberries.
( to melt the chocolate, break into pieces and melt in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water, alternatively, microwave on medium/low for 3min or until melted.)
