Crust:
牛油 (室溫) 40克
糖霜 20克
榛子粉 60克
麵粉 80克
蛋黃 1隻
bake: 180c about 20 mins
when the crust is still hot after baking, put 50g chopped chocolate on, use a spoon to spread it over

filling:
A)
150g dairy farm’s mixed berries yogurt
2 teaspoons strawberry jam+ 2 teaspoons blueberry jam (optional, for stronger flavour)
sugar about 10g (to taste) (if u don’t put in the jam, then add about 20g sugar, may add some blueberries and strawberries too)
1 1/4 teaspoon gelatine + 1 tablespoon water
B) 150g whipping cream 打起
Mix A, then fold in B

Topping:
Some strawberries and blueberries
OR
100g blueberry + 2 tablespoons blueberry jam+ 2 teaspoons lemon juice
(but then should further reduce the sugar amt for filling)
